Taylor Applegate

Taylor Applegate, from Vancouver, Washington, is pursuing a joint JD and master’s degree in international policy at Stanford. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in political science and law, societies, and justice. She served for six years as an active-duty Air Force officer, specializing in intelligence collection operations and all-source analysis to inform military leaders in the Indo-Pacific theater. Taylor aspires to work shaping international security policy with a focus on emerging technology, law, and human rights. Taylor is an enthusiast of the outdoors and can often be found running or biking in the Santa Cruz mountains.
