Hannah Yi

Hannah Yi (she/her) is a sophomore majoring in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) within Social Dynamics of Data and Information. She has spent the past three years working within the nonprofit and private sectors in political consulting with forefront organizations including Vital Voices Inc. HERlead Fellowship, New Blue Interactive, The Academy of Human Rights and Genocide Studies, and has worked with congressional campaigns across the country. She is excited to research and learn more on the intersection of women’s rights, safety, and care within national security and digital data privacy. She is also passionate about raising more awareness on teen relationship violence’s many forms to be seen as a national security issue
