Gustavs Zilgalvis

Gustavs Zilgalvis is a Defense Innovation Scholar at Stanford’s Gordian Knot Center Center for National Security Innovation, a Ford Dorsey Master’s in International Policy candidate at Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, a Technology and Security Policy Fellow in RAND's Global and Emerging Risks Division, and a founding Director at the Center for Space Governance. At Stanford, he is specializing in the geopolitical and economic implications of the development of artificial intelligence. Previously, Gustavs held a Summer Research Fellowship at Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute, and his research in high-energy physics appeared in SciPost Physics and SciPost Physics Core.
