Emily Tianshi

Emily Tianshi (she/her/hers) is a sophomore majoring in Data Science and Social Systems and minoring in International Relations. She has previously worked at the Stanford Internet Observatory, the CDDRL, and the Office of San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and is a teaching assistant for the introseminar, Local Government in Action. Emily is a Tech Ethics and Policy Fellow, a program co-hosted by the Center for Human-Centered AI and the McCoy Center for Ethics in Society. She is thrilled to be a Women in National Security Scholar and research critical issues in women’s rights.
