Anjali Surana

Anjali is a Junior at Stanford, majoring in Design and Computer Science. She most recently worked at a startup specializing in blockchain crime analytics, which sparked her current research focus on exploring innovative blockchain solutions to combat global women’s trafficking.

She previously served on the secretariat of the Stanford Model United Nations Conference (SMUNC), ran a women's health-focused nonprofit, and built an AI-driven jobs platform to connect Indian women with better employment opportunities. She is passionate about thoughtful design of emerging technologies to drive systemic change on an international scale.
